Hirotaka Jewelry accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original packaging and security tags remain intact. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are ineligible for return to maintain the exclusivity and quality of our collections.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at support@hirotaka.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely place your jewelry in its original Hirotaka gift box and velvet pouch, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable, insured carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any shipping fees.
